During your apprenticeship at rodania, you will learn how to keep buildings and facilities in good shape, using your head, tools, and team spirit. No two days are the same and that is exactly what makes it exciting! You will help out in many areas - from maintenance and technical systems to cleaning and repairs, as well as greenery maintenance and disposal/supply. With us, you are not just "there," but "in the middle of it." We will guide you step by step, strengthen your talents, and give you the chance to take on responsibility early on.

• Successfully completed compulsory school
• Joy in the maintenance of buildings and surroundings as well as in working with people
• Manual and technical skill
