Main tasks:
Process intervention requests, namely:
Responding to tenants or contacting them;
Determining the urgency;
Contacting the company related to the problem and sending them a request for intervention or a quote;
Following up on the resolution of the problem and scheduling the intervention;
Planning, organizing and monitoring routine maintenance work for various buildings or co-ownerships;
Control and follow-up of invoices related to the work executed;
Manage maintenance contracts;
Preparation of annual technical reports;
Profile sought:
You have a CFC in building drafting with a first experience in real estate management (technical or administrative training(s) also welcome).
You are comfortable with standard IT tools and have mastered them perfectly.
You are comfortable with numbers.
You possess easy contact on the telephone
You have a very good level of spoken and written French, possibly a second language.
This position is open to a person already demonstrating a first experience in technical real estate management, proactive, responsible, meticulous, flexible and having an excellent team spirit.
