You set the pace: Together with the department management, you bring structure to the proceedings, coordinate processes, and ensure that everything works well together in surgery. You are the joker when it counts: You recognize where support is needed, step in, and ensure that everyday life continues. You build bridges instead of walls: You bring nursing, doctors, and all other professional groups together and ensure cooperation that really works. You plant the nursing of tomorrow today: You support our trainees and students, pass on your know-how, and help them to grow beyond themselves. You show who we are: You represent the See-Spital and the surgery with heart, competence, and team spirit. You turn ideas into reality: You take on additional tasks and projects in consultation with the department management and actively help shape the further development of the department. What you bring with you: Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF, FH, DNII, AKP) as well as experience in an acute care hospital. Initial leadership experience or the desire to take the next step. You communicate clearly, roll up your sleeves, and can assert yourself. You think ahead, develop further, and enjoy tackling changes. You are on a first-name basis with MS Office and PC applications. You master shift and weekend services with team spirit.
