Kitchen Manager - CDI - 100% - Technopôle, Sierre
Your missions:
You guarantee the smooth running of operations.
You take care of the preparation and transformation of food products, as well as the cooking of food.
You rigorously manage stocks and take charge of internal and external orders.
You supervise kitchen assistants and ensure the quality and fluidity of service is maintained.
You guarantee scrupulous compliance with food safety standards.
You pay particular attention to equipment and premises, thus creating a clean working environment.
What you bring:
You have accumulated several years of experience in a similar position, thus demonstrating solid expertise.
You possess good knowledge of French.
Working in continuous hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays does not constitute an obstacle for you.
Your ability to take on responsibilities and your warm approach are major assets.
