Who we are looking for

To strengthen our service team at the Swiss Re Centre for Global Dialogue in Rüschlikon, we are looking for a warm hosting personality who inspires with professionalism, attentiveness, and a passion for first-class service and provides our guests with unforgettable moments. Entry by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Whether at breakfast, during lunch service, or at evening events:

In the weekly service rotation without a split shift, you ensure that our guests always feel welcome and well looked after.

• You also work with commitment behind the scenes and contribute to a smooth operational process.

What you bring

• You have several years of professional experience - ideally in high-end gastronomy
• You impress with a well-groomed appearance, excellent manners, and professional communication in German (level C1) and English (level B2)
• You advise our guests competently and with pleasure regarding food and beverages
• You work independently and responsibly, and value collaboration within the team

For Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between 50'000 CHF and 76'000 CHF (for a full-time position). The specifically offered salary takes into account:

• the requirements, scope, complexity, and responsibilities of the role,
• the profile of the applicant, including education/qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills, and experience.

In addition to the base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive, performance-related variable compensation component that recognizes your achievements. Furthermore, you benefit from a variety of global and location-specific additional benefits.
