How you can contribute to us

An agile environment awaits you, in which you can move a lot. In this role, you are actively involved in sales and acquisition. You advise small and medium-sized customers by telephone and in online meetings, recognize their needs, and create real added value for our customers:

• You actively sell our solutions in the B2B sector via telephone and in online meetings to small and medium-sized customers.
• You identify potential among interested parties and conduct need-oriented sales conversations until the closing.
• You process leads in a structured manner, qualify inquiries, and consistently follow up on opportunities.
• You expand existing customer relationships and win new customers through convincing advice.
• You work closely with internal interfaces and ensure clean maintenance of your activities in the CRM.

Best prerequisites for your start

• You have a commercial vocational training or comparable further training.
• You have experience in sales, ideally in inside sales or in telephone B2B acquisition.
• You convince with your communicative strength, your confident appearance, and through your initiative, customer orientation, and pronounced sales mentality. In addition, you work in a structured, goal-oriented manner and pursue sales opportunities consistently until the closing.
• You work confidently with MS Office and CRM applications and use internal as well as external research sources proficiently.
• You communicate stylistically confident in German and French; English or further languages are a plus.
