Job Summary

As a Roasting Operator in a 4x8 shift schedule (M/F/D), you will be responsible for ensuring the operation of the roasting facilities.

A day in the life of a Roasting Operator in a 4x8 shift schedule (M/F/D)

• Perform the operation of the roasting facilities
• Ensure that all lines are supplied with coffee according to the production plan
• Master the operation of roasting peripherals and maintain the facilities
• Anticipate and react appropriately to events affecting safety, quality, performance, and losses
• Ensure the transmission of information while respecting the schedule for team-to-team handovers
• Participate in continuous improvement within the framework of the existing continuous improvement structure.

Your assets for success

• CFC in a technical or food field
• Experience as a line operator (or similar) in the agri-food or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in roasting or as a process operator, an asset
• Mastery of French
• Mastery of standard IT tools.
