Your tasks * You accompany and support people with intellectual disabilities * You take responsibility for an object and ensure that quality, order, and cleanliness are guaranteed at all times. * You accompany and support people with mental disabilities in their daily work. * You instruct employees, promote their skills, and ensure a structured workflow. * You work independently and maintain an overview even in hectic situations. * Occasional assignments on Saturday mornings are also part of your area of responsibility.
