Job description

Tasks

Responsibility for the implementation of our operational concepts as well as ensuring high-quality childcare
Pedagogical, organizational, administrative and personnel management of the nursery
Promoting an appreciative and pleasant operating climate
Constructive and professional cooperation with employees, parents as well as the management

Requirements

Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ, specialization childcare
Leadership training or willingness to complete this alongside work
Target-group-oriented oral and written expression in German, English an advantage
Very good organizational and communication skills
High social and leadership competence as well as high customer orientation
Resilient and flexible as well as capable of motivation
Joy and interest in working with children, with the team as well as other stakeholders
Work location «Fugu» children's nurseries are a private company that has set itself the goal of expanding family-supplementary childcare at attractive locations. Our «Fugu»-Huus is located at Wehntalerstrasse 400 in the Glaubten development in the center of Zürich Affoltern in district 11. The nearest bus stations are in the immediate vicinity of the house. Parking spaces for dropping off and picking up children are also available. We have 340 m2 of light-flooded rooms available to us, which we have designed and furnished in a child-friendly manner.
