Your tasks: Doer, consultant and networker

Intensively support, advise, and sustainably expand partnerships with established key customers from the MEM industry

Recruit vacancies for permanent and temporary positions in the technical environment from A to Z

Attract suitable specialists through target-group-oriented advertisements, active sourcing, and networks

Conduct professional candidate interviews at eye level and advise customers on requirement profiles

Identify market potentials with existing as well as new customers and maintain them in the CRM

Your profile: Strong in sales and technically interested

Commercial basic training or technical vocational training with further education (e.g., Technical Merchant, Commercial Diploma, Business Administration)

Experience in recruitment is an advantage – what is decisive is your enthusiasm for the MEM industry

Genuinely enjoy customer contact, negotiation skills, and a desire for sustainable customer care

Proficient German skills (incl. Swiss German) in spoken and written form as well as driving license Cat. B

Independent, goal-oriented personality with high self-motivation and strong team spirit
