November 2026 or by arrangement, permanent Your tasks In this demanding leadership role, you bear overall responsibility for the strategic, operational, personnel, organizational, and professional management of the nursing area at the Interdisziplinäres Notfallzentrum in close partnership with the medical management. Together with your directly subordinate team leaders, you lead the entire nursing and MPA team and create the prerequisites for high-quality, patient-centered, and economical care. You ensure smooth emergency operations and, together with the medical service as well as other internal and external partners, ensure close interprofessional cooperation. Through your involvement in clinical service operations, you remain close to patient care and the needs of your employees. In doing so, you promote a culture of appreciation, mutual trust, and continuous development. You create optimal framework conditions for the training of students in the post-graduate course in emergency nursing (NDS HF) and, together with your leadership team, accompany the professional development of all employees. Your tasks include the planning, management, and further development of processes, structures, and resources, as well as ensuring high nursing quality in compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines, and business objectives. Several years of leadership experience as well as ideally completed or ongoing leadership training, or willingness to complete it. Strong understanding of organizational, strategic, and business-related contexts. High social and self-competence as well as an appreciative, transparent, and binding leadership style.
