Your contribution

• You process and monitor personnel and payroll mutations and ensure correct, timely processing.
• You handle social insurance transactions and clarify questions regarding allowances, third-party benefits, and continued payment of wages.
• You manage time management and support employees and supervisors with system application.
• You create evaluations and carry out monthly and annual reconciliations with the responsible bodies.
• You ensure data quality, further develop the assigned specialist processes, and participate in HR system projects.

What makes you unique

• You have a commercial basic education with further training in human resources; an HR specialist certificate or specialization in payroll or social insurance is an advantage.
• You bring several years of experience in personnel and payroll administration as well as knowledge of social insurance and time management.
• You work independently, accurately, and discretely and maintain an overview even during demanding clarifications and tight deadlines.
• You convince through your understanding of numbers, your service orientation, and your confident handling of HR systems and Excel.
• You have good active knowledge of a second official language.
