Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for a passionate and sports-enthusiastic Assistant Manager Fitness Club (m/w/d) on a 100% basis for our club in Chur, starting immediately or by agreement. As a Fitness Instructor at PureGym, you always give your all to enable our members to have the best experience in our clubs. You also support the club in measures to increase performance and act as the right-hand person for Gym Management. Your role includes the following tasks and responsibilities: You care for and accompany our members in a friendly manner and spread the PureGym spirit throughout the entire area You implement the specified PureGym standards and set a good example You control all club areas and ensure that all quality requirements for safety, cleanliness, and health protection are always met You regularly inform yourself about PureGym news and market developments and support Gym Management in developing and implementing plans for how your club can assert itself on the market You engage in promotional activities and support your club in flyering What you bring: You have a qualification as a fitness instructor (m/w/d) recognized by Qualitop Schweiz You have a high affinity for sports, fitness, health, and sales You have very good German and English language skills (at least B2), additional languages are a plus You are flexible in terms of time, also for deployments in the evenings and on weekends You have a high sense of responsibility and are willing to take on deputy tasks of Gym Management You enjoy customer contact and work well with people You are motivated to take on new tasks You are independent and work well in a team What we offer: We offer a free membership in the fitness studio for you and one additional person of your choice We grant 25 days of vacation on a 100% basis as well as an additional Personal Day We support additional qualifications in the fitness area We offer good career advancement opportunities within our company We guarantee a salary commensurate with the industry and offer additional performance-based compensation We offer a variety of discounts on our product range as well as exclusive discounts from our partners We are a young, dynamic, and international team Apply now and become part of the PureGym team.
