Specialist in Hotel Management & Housekeeping EFZ (m/f/d)

For the Hotel astoria we are looking for immediately:
Hotel Specialist (m/f/d) or
Specialist in Hotel Management & Housekeeping EFZ 100 % (m/f/d)

Main tasks:

• co-responsible for smooth operations on the floor and in the laundry
• Cleaning of: rooms, apartments, public toilets, bars
• Ensuring optimal guest service
• Ordering and inventory of cleaning agents, guest items and linen items
• Proper handling of lost property
• Weekly cleaning / final cleaning of the furnished apartments
• Working in the laundry/laundry service
• Execution of the entire laundry cycle

Requirements:

• Completed training as a Hotel Specialist (m/f) or Specialist in Housekeeping EFZ
• At least 1 year of professional experience
• Teamwork skills, reliability, stress resistance, punctuality and flexibility
• Sound knowledge of current work and hygiene regulations and the ability to implement them without problems
• Friendliness in dealing with guests, a well-groomed appearance and good expression in the German (ideally also English) language
• Politeness and respect in dealing with colleagues and employees
