Education Specialist 60-80% Your tasks You develop and implement measures to ensure and further develop our training quality in basic vocational training (pre-apprenticeship, EBA and EFZ). You combine operational requirements and training quality, thereby promoting a holistic view of learning and practice. You observe trends in vocational and adult education and bring innovative impulses to our educational work. You participate in educational strategic concepts and lead educational and innovation projects (e.g., implementation of new BiVo FaGe, Concara training concept, talent management for apprentices, etc.) – from participation to project responsibility. You develop structures that support apprentices with learning difficulties and specifically promote talents. You help shape the vocational further education offering and advise vocational trainers as well as other specialists competently, practically and appreciatively.
