Team Lead Assembly Night Shift (100%)

Introduction

You are close to the team, roll up your sleeves, and create the prerequisites for top performance in assembly. With your understanding of leadership, technical know-how, and your eye for quality, you will actively shape the success of the night shift from Monday evening to Saturday morning (23:00-6:00).

Main Responsibilities

• Personnel and technical leadership in several assembly groups (approx. 15 people)
• Productive work in the lines, setup, logistics
• Responsibility for the performance, quality, and motivation of subordinate employees
• Feedback of production orders
• Capacity and personnel deployment planning in consultation with the department manager
• Ensuring the availability and functionality of facilities and equipment
• Monitoring quality, deadlines, and services rendered as well as work processes
• Change and optimization work
• Enforcement of occupational safety regulations as well as maintaining order and cleanliness

Required Technical Knowledge

• Technical vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, electromechanic, or a similar technical education
• Several years of leadership experience as well as experience in assembly
• High problem-solving skills and strong social competence, goal- and performance-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills (at least level C1)
• Good PC skills (MS Office, SAP)
• First aid training or willingness to complete such
• Enjoyment of teamwork
• High self-motivation and empathy, paired with high quality awareness
• Enjoyment of active participation in assembly and logistics tasks
