These are your tasks

• Development of strategic target network planning with a focus on the maintenance, renewal, adaptation, and decommissioning of individual gas network sections
• Analysis of network condition, customer development, and security of supply, as well as derivation of future requirements for action
• Coordination of gas network planning with the expansion of district heating as well as planned road and infrastructure projects
• Assessment of investments and renewals regarding technical necessity, economic efficiency, and long-term relevance
• Planning and support of projects related to pipeline construction, house connections, maintenance, and decommissioning
• Collaboration in heat contracting as well as taking over the technical deputy role in contracting

This is what you bring with you

• Technical training in the field of supply/energy technology, mechanical engineering or comparable, ideally with further education HF/FH
• Experience with gas, heat, or comparable supply networks
• Knowledge of pipeline construction and house connections, ideally also in the area of gas pressure regulation and measurement stations (DRM)
• Experience in technical infrastructure projects as well as knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards
• Ideally experience in heat supply, in contracting, or in the field of district heating
• Analytical and economic way of thinking as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
