Responsibilities Installation Perform deliveries of household appliances to customers, within the allotted time and in compliance with the established schedule, according to quality standards (served region: from Geneva to Montreux) Ensure the commissioning and proper functioning of "built-in" and "freestanding" appliances. Diagnose and resolve technical problems during installation. Provide advice on use and maintenance to customers. After-Sales Service Perform after-sales service troubleshooting, guarantee the smooth progress of work, and establish complete ad-hoc intervention reports for follow-up purposes (environment, technical specificities, etc.). Thoroughly inspect appliances, establish precise and adapted diagnostics Collaborate closely with dispatch for the efficient and rapid handling of troubleshooting, respecting the allotted deadlines and the time slots defined by dispatch Write intervention reports and ensure the follow-up of repairs. Adopt a customer-oriented and results-driven commercial attitude Qualifications Technical training in electromechanics, electronics, or a similar field. Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in the field of household appliances. Knowledge of the main household appliance brands and their products. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently. Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of customer service. Valid driving license in Switzerland.
