Koellmann AG is a leading company in the logistics industry, providing innovative solutions for the storage and transport of goods. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable Logistician / Warehouse Clerk (m/f/d) for our location in Thalwil, effective immediately.

Tasks

• Maintenance and administration of article and master data
• Recording of new products and continuous data updates
• Maintenance and control of purchase and sales prices
• Implementation of price increases and price changes
• Creation and updating of price lists
• Control of margins and price logic
• Verification and cleaning of data errors and discrepancies
• Preparation and transmission of product data to online shops, sales platforms, and marketplaces
• Ensuring that product data, prices, and availabilities are up to date on sales portals
• Error analysis in data transfers and deviations
• Close cooperation with Purchasing, Sales, IT, and Logistics

Education:

Commercial basic training EFZ or comparable training

Further training in the field of Purchasing, Data Management, E-Commerce, Controlling, or Business Administration is an advantage

Professional Experience:

Experience in the trading environment, Purchasing, Product Data Management, E-Commerce, or Enterprise Resource Planning; experience with ERP systems

Very good Excel skills

Personality:

Strong flair for numbers

Very high accuracy and quality awareness

Structured and independent way of working

Persistence in root cause analysis

Enjoyment of data and systems; recognition of inconsistencies and errors

Reliability and sense of responsibility
