Head of the scientific secretariat of the Federal Commission for Family Affairs (COFF) Berne, Switzerland (and home office) | 60-80% What you can contribute Lead the secretariat on organizational and scientific levels, within the framework of available financial resources Prepare plenary sessions (organization and themes), in collaboration with the COFF presidency Establish the annual program and budget of the COFF Develop and implement the commission's work programs on technical and strategic levels Ensure public relations: write documents for the media, design and organize national conferences What makes you unique University degree (master's) in social sciences, economics or law Knowledge of political processes and skills in managing associations or other organizations Good knowledge of federal procedures as well as political processes and requirements Strong taste for autonomous and responsible work Very good knowledge of two official languages, passive knowledge of the third official language In a few words You lead the secretariat of the commission and are responsible for its operational and scientific organization, correspondence and public relations – including the management of the commission's affairs, technical collaboration on the affairs of the Federal Social Insurance Office and the preparation of documents for the Federal Council.
