Building Technician / Maintenance Specialist as FACILITY SERVICE MANAGER (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the versatile maintenance of the entire infrastructure and the indirect services at the site
• Independent execution, or specific coordination with external contractors of all tasks in relation to the operational premises and surrounding areas, ensuring performance statistics as well as audits and process optimizations
• Coordination of contacts and cooperation with third-party companies such as electrical, HVAC, cleaning etc., conducting extensive service management (fleet, rental agreements, security, access, EHS, quality, procurement, disposal etc.)
• Ensuring partially also complex interfaces to internal units such as IT, production, supply chain, logistics etc.
• Regular exchange with the direct supervisor and other specialists in the management and leadership committee, active interdisciplinary participation in various projects within the entire company

Your profile:

• Sound basic technical training in building technology and/or trade with specific further training in the field of facility management
• Several years of experience in the organization and management of comprehensive infrastructure and environmental tasks as well as a good understanding of complex tasks in operational maintenance and building technology
• Proven track record in a technical, industrial or commercial company of medium size with a flat hierarchy
• Perfect German in spoken and written form, English of great advantage, good experience with MS Office 365 tools and ERP applications, age between 30 and 55, residing in the Basel metropolitan area
• High service orientation, pronounced desire for a very versatile, independently responsible and developmental activity
