Engineer (technician with several years of relevant professional experience or holder of a bachelor's degree) as a member of the Technologie-Process Engineering group (m/f/d) 80%-100%

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for certain processes / installations / measuring devices
• Improvement of the yield of serial products
• Contact person for production operators in case of problems (troubleshooting)
• Analysis of errors and optimization of existing recipes and processes in production, including associated reporting
• Training of production employees
• Implementation of new production processes and installations, including documentation
• Development and improvement of existing production processes according to market needs
• Planning and management of internal projects and client projects

Your profile:

• Degree from a technical training (e.g. physicist, chemical laboratory technician, microsystems technician) with several years of proven professional experience in the relevant field and/or FH / university degree in an appropriate discipline (e.g. microsystems, chemistry, physical chemistry, physics, engineering)
• Relevant knowledge in the mentioned areas is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
• Very good ability to understand, pleasure in working on complex contexts, flexibility and resistance to stress
• Autonomous, systematic and determined work as well as recording of results obtained
• Understanding of the needs of a production company
• Good command of German and English, oral and written, is a given to ensure collaboration within the group, with clients and suppliers
• Interest and willingness to support, if necessary, other areas after training
