Uznach by arrangement Your tasks <br /> • You treat psychiatric-psychotherapeutic patients in an outpatient setting and work in an interdisciplinary team with specialists from the fields of psychology, nursing and therapy. • After a training period tailored to your needs, you will take over the diagnosis, treatment and counseling of patients independently. You will be under regular supervision of an experienced senior physician. • As part of your work, you will have the opportunity to treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions. In this context, you will exchange ideas with our multiprofessional team and the referring authorities. • With the support of our service-oriented secretariat, you will plan therapies, write medical reports and record services in the hospital information system. • At our location in Uznach/Rapperswil, you will participate in reports, supervision and further training. Together with the team, you will also be involved in public relations. <br /> Your profile <br /> • You have completed a degree in medicine and ideally have two years of experience in inpatient psychiatry. • It is an advantage if you have a license to practice medicine from the canton of St.Gallen or meet the necessary requirements to obtain it before starting your job. • You are striving for the title of specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy and preferably have advanced or already completed psychotherapeutic training. • Your interest is in interdisciplinary treatment, which is oriented towards the needs of patients and their environment. • You communicate openly, empathetically and appreciatively with patients and your team colleagues. • It is important to you to have design freedom and to be able to organize your working day flexibly. • You work independently, are resilient and team-oriented. <br /> Your salary Your gross salary is likely to be between 91'406.- and 134'000.- Swiss francs per year for a 100% workload.
