The scope of your activities includes three hospital sites as well as several consultation centers scattered throughout the city of Geneva.

You will autonomously perform all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as well as installation work requested by your hierarchy.

You will ensure the follow-up and monitoring of construction sites and works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, standards, and current directives.

You will provide regular feedback on your interventions to your hierarchy and report any detected malfunctions, damage, or technical anomalies.

You will ensure the updating of technical documentation as well as the maintenance and cleaning of the tools, premises, and equipment made available to you.

As needed, you will also supervise maintenance work and troubleshooting related to your field of activity. As a contact person, you will coordinate, monitor, and accompany the mandated external companies.

You will participate in stock management as well as the preparation of material requests.

Curious and motivated by the evolution of techniques and technologies in your field, you also enjoy transmitting your know-how and collaborating with your colleagues.

Sensitive to environmental issues and energy savings, you integrate these concerns into all your activities.

You will work according to a regular schedule and participate, according to a planned rotation, in the on-call service of your sector. In case of emergency, you are also prepared to intervene outside of regular hours, including at night, on weekends, and on public holidays.

You hold an ES technician diploma in the relevant field or an equivalent title, supplemented by at least 5 years of professional experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of CVS installations.

You possess solid knowledge of different hydraulic couplings and circuits as well as in the field of regulation.

You master Johnson Controls and Sauter Building Control regulation and supervision systems (user level).

You have very good knowledge of industrial thermal installations, particularly in superheated water and steam, and are aware of the risks associated with their operation.

You hold the ASIT certificate as a boiler operator or are prepared to undergo this training in order to obtain the certification within two years.

General knowledge of building trades (carpentry, locksmithing, etc.) constitutes an asset in order to ensure technical on-call services autonomously.

You reside less than 35 minutes from your place of work and imperatively possess a category B driver's license.

An authorization for connection (NIBT) allowing intervention on equipment with electrical connection would represent an advantage.

You master standard office tools, notably Microsoft Office, as well as the use of a GMAO software.

Equipped with an excellent sense of service, you enjoy teamwork and demonstrate openness to change, which allows you to integrate quickly and evolve with ease in your professional environment.

You perfectly master French, both spoken and written, and express yourself clearly and concisely.

When necessary, you may be required to intervene on all HUG sites to ensure specific missions.
