• Experience in clinical nursing or scientific work is an advantage
• Analytical and conceptual skills for evidence-based practice development
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Willingness for continuous further education and helping to shape innovative nursing concepts
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
