The PHBern awards around 800 teaching diplomas per year and is therefore one of the large Pedagogical Universities in Switzerland. Equally significant is its commitment to continuing education and services for teachers and school leaders, as well as its profession-related research, development, and evaluation.

The Netzwerk Digitale Transformation brings together work areas that play a role in the digital transformation of the PHBern. The goal of the Netzwerk Digitale Transformation is the implementation of the strategic specifications of the PHBern and its vision in the field of digital change.

Your tasks

• Analysis of existing roles, rights, and authorization processes as well as derivation of optimization measures
• Leading role in the construction and establishment of IAM structures, governance principles, and responsibilities
• Development and further development of role and authorization models as well as associated IAM processes
• Ensuring traceable, rule-compliant, and user-friendly allocation of authorizations
• Planning, technical support, and further development of recertifications of authorizations
• Raising awareness and advising specialist departments on relevant topics in the context of IAM
• Collaboration in the evaluation, selection, and introduction of an IAM solution
• Taking over technical responsibility for the IAM topic area after successful construction

Your profile

• consecutive Master's or a comparable education, corresponding further training
• Experience with IAM governance, role and authorization concepts
• Experience in the design of IAM processes and responsibilities
• Experience in the analysis of roles, rights, and authorization processes
• Experience with recertifications of authorizations
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and information security
• Ability to communicate IAM topics understandably and to raise awareness in specialist departments
• Experience in the evaluation or introduction of an IAM solution is an advantage
• Structured, analytical, and implementation-oriented way of working
