Berna (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Collaborate on the processing of specialist assignments and interdisciplinary projects, predominantly in German (e.g., data consolidation, drafting reports, internal communication, preparation of presentations, project office) • Perform organizational tasks and collaborate on the organization and execution of meetings and events within the Federal Administration as well as the related follow-up work • Carry out research assignments and administrative tasks • Provide support in the preparation and quality control of dossiers and documents intended for the management of the Department or the Federal Council <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree (preferably master's) in geography, earth sciences, environmental or climate sciences • Strong communication and drafting skills, linguistic sensitivity and mastery of different writing registers • Analytical and interdisciplinary approach, orientation towards goals and results, team spirit and service orientation • Knowledge of the Swiss political system and the related decision-making processes • Excellent active knowledge (B2) of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In summary The Federal Administration intends to be an example in the climate sector.
