YOUR TASKS ##

• Strategic, operational, and economic overall responsibility for Klinik Birshof within our Mittelland care network
• Future-oriented positioning of the clinic in the regional market as well as realization of sustainable growth opportunities
• Targeted market development and physician acquisition as well as establishment of strategic cooperations with relevant service providers
• Ensuring a consistent focus on patients as well as medical quality at the highest level in cooperation with the management team
• Promotion of a culture of trust-based leadership and cooperation as well as convincing representation of the clinic in the political and social environment

YOUR PROFILE ##

• University or university of applied sciences degree, preferably in medicine, economics, or a comparable field, as well as several years of successful leadership experience at the executive or directorial level in the Swiss healthcare system
• Sound understanding of clinical core processes and the interdependencies of hospital operations as well as very good knowledge of the regulatory and health policy environment in Switzerland
• Motivating, appreciative leadership style at eye level with a role model function as well as targeted promotion of teamwork and innovation
• Convincing communication and negotiation skills, strong abilities in analysis, planning, and implementation of strategies as well as financial and qualitative result orientation
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
