Technical Project Manager Venue Service

For the Venue Service in THE HALL, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a

Technical Project Manager Venue Service (80-100%)

Key areas of work:

Project Management:

• Communication / coordination with customers and partners
• Creation of project offers for the attention of the location / customers
• Planning, organizing and procuring the technical requirements of the events
• Independent execution / implementation of the projects
• Leadership, instruction and supervision of the involved employees
• Quality assurance and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ensuring the profitability of the orders
• Post-processing of the projects

Venue Operating:

• Operation of event technology
• Instruction and supervision of the involved employees
• Maintenance & servicing of the permanently installed event technology

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Several years of experience in event technology Venue Service and in project management
• Completed vocational training as an Event Specialist EFZ or Master for Event Technology
• Strong organizational talent
• Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Leadership talent
• Proficiency in the German and English languages in spoken and written form
• Good computer skills
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Independent, team-oriented, responsible and resilient personality
• Willingness to work during events and irregular working hours
