Your responsibility

• Together with the existing school management team, you will take over the pedagogical, personnel, organizational, and administrative leadership of the Primarstufe Bubendorf.
• You lead and support teaching and specialist staff in an appreciative, binding, and solution-oriented manner.
• Together with the team, you shape school development and implement development processes in a goal-oriented and sustainable manner.
• You bear responsibility for good cooperation with students, legal guardians, teachers, specialist agencies, the school board, and the municipality.
• You ensure clear structures, transparent communication, and reliable processes in everyday school life.
• You actively contribute to a committed school management team and take responsibility for the further development of the entire school.

Your background

• You have a teaching diploma for the primary level and several years of teaching experience.
• You have a recognized school management qualification or are willing to complete this alongside your professional activities.
• You are a communicative, empathetic, and strong-leading personality and understand leadership as a combination of relationship, clarity, and commitment.
• You can adopt different perspectives, make decisions, and represent them in a comprehensible manner.
• You enjoy school development and possess the ability to win people over for common goals.
• Even in demanding situations, you remain solution-oriented, reflective, and professional.
• You value cooperation in a committed and experienced team and contribute to an open and appreciative school culture.

Primarstufe Bubendorf

The Bubendorf school is a committed and well-organized primary school with clear structures and responsibilities. Our mission statement forms the common framework of orientation: We want to be a school where children and adults feel safe, take responsibility, learn together, and meet each other with respect and appreciation. At our school, around 380 students are taught in six kindergarten and 15 primary school classes by approximately 60 teachers. As a member of the school management, you can expect a professional environment with clear leadership structures, short decision-making paths, and the opportunity to actively help shape the school.

Organization School Management

The Bubendorf school is managed using the rector model. The female rector or male rector bears the overall responsibility for the pedagogical, personnel, and organizational leadership of the school. Together with the school management and other leaders, she or he ensures a future-oriented further development of the school.
