the employer is looking for a Cook AFC (reported profession) Tasks: • menu planning • ordering of provisions • preparation and service of meals, HACCP controls • budget management Requirements: • in possession of the AFC as a cook, AFC in dietetics is desired Employment details: • workplace: Bellinzona • employment level at 50% • employment start from 01.10.2026 • fixed-term contract until 31.07.2027 • 42 working hours per week - at 100% (working days and hours to be agreed upon, approximate daily time slot 7.30 – 14 // 16-18.30 from Monday to Friday) • salary remuneration based on the CCL
