YOUR MISSION * Participate in the implementation and development of the resident's support project and in individual and collective animation * Assist with psychiatric liaison and report observations * Provide hygiene care delegated by the nurse, taking into account the resources and limits of the residents * Observe the health status of the resident and transmit the information collected * Support residents in activities of daily living while promoting their autonomy, independence and social connection * Establish and maintain a bond of trust with the relatives and families of the residents while respecting your field of competence * Maintain the care equipment and the environment of the resident * Participate in an interdisciplinary care approach for the residents. YOUR PROFILE * You hold a 120-hour Croix-Rouge certificate or an equivalent qualification * You hold a certificate as an accompanist in geriatric psychiatry (FAP), an asset * You master usual IT tools (Carefolio) and master the French language orally and in writing * You embody trust, authenticity and respect * You have very good stress management and proven sensitivity to relational aspects * You show dynamism, motivation and a good capacity for adaptation.
