Your area of responsibility: In this newly created and strategic function, you will expand systematic activities surrounding customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, sales and marketing, and you can count on administrative support in your small team.

• Establishment of a customer-oriented, efficient and high-performance service center
• Elaboration of processes and measures
• Successful implementation and execution of these measures in daily business
• Contact person and advisor for customers, new customers and brokers
• Elaboration of pension solutions and offers for customers
• Ensuring successful contract conclusion and integration into pension administration
• Monitoring market developments and initiating measures from them if necessary
• Regular customer contacts and customer visits, including preparation and follow-up

Your profile: The successful takeover of these tasks requires

• proven specialist knowledge and professional experience in the areas of customer service, sales and marketing in the environment of pensions, social insurances, personal insurances or financial services
• higher vocational training in sales and marketing, possibly even in occupational pensions
• conceptual skills as well as strong implementation orientation
• Confident and winning appearance
• Ability to communicate complex pension or insurance-technical aspects understandably and appropriately for the target group
• Language skills: German and French, Italian is an advantage
• Also junior personnel with interest in a first leadership function are welcome
