• Completed banking training and/or further education in the banking or financial sector
• Sound professional knowledge in the area of financing with a focus on corporate client business
• Strong understanding of business contexts
• Team-oriented and entrepreneurial personality with a sympathetic and winning appearance
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of proactive customer contact
• High level of independence, flexibility and self-motivation
