Key User SAP / Business Analyst SAP

Your mission For one of our clients based in Genève, we are looking for a Key User SAP S/4HANA (M/F) for a temporary mission of one year. Integrated into a logistics team, you will intervene as part of a SAP S/4HANA transformation and deployment project. As a business referent, you will ensure the link between the needs of the operational teams and the SAP solution, while contributing to its adoption by users. Your main missions: \* Collect and translate the needs of the logistics teams within the framework of the SAP project \* Provide your business expertise during exchanges with the project and IT teams \* Contribute to the validation of the solution before its deployment \* Prepare test scenarios and verify the correct functioning of processes in SAP \* Identify any gaps or malfunctions and follow up on their resolution \* Participate in the various stages of production launch of the new solution \* Design the necessary support materials for taking charge of the tool \* Train and support users in their new practices \* Ensure follow-up after deployment and contribute to the resolution of difficulties encountered Your profile Coming from higher education in logistics or engineering, you know the issues and processes related to the Supply Chain and are particularly comfortable with business IT tools. To succeed in this function, you ideally possess the following skills: \* Bachelor/HES level training in logistics, engineering or equivalent field \* Very good mastery of SAP and ERP environments \* Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA particularly appreciated \* Good understanding of Supply Chain / Logistics flows and processes \* Ease with reporting and analysis tools, notably BI/Tableau, as well as the Office Pack \* Ability to understand an operational need and transcribe it into an IT environment \* Experience or ease in the testing and validation phases of a solution \* Taste for knowledge transfer and user support \* Very good communication, analysis and synthesis skills \* Unifying spirit, pedagogy and sense of service \* Autonomy, organization, rigor and ability to manage priorities \* Proactivity and adaptability in an evolving environment
