Berne (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Sort and assign mail received in several languages, then record it in the central migration information system (SYMIC) • Enter naturalization applications into the system, verify and update personal data, then launch the naturalization procedure, including billing • Examine and evaluate change notifications sent by cantons, cities, and municipalities concerning B, C, G, and L foreign categories, then process them in SYMIC • Verify personal data in SYMIC and correct any multiple entries in collaboration with cantonal authorities • Process border control reports, and notably update or enter personal data in SYMIC <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Commercial training or equivalent and several years of professional experience • In-depth knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and, ideally, knowledge of SYMIC • Quick-wittedness, team spirit, and a taste for customer service • Sense of organization and ability to handle affairs efficiently, independently, and within deadlines • Good active knowledge of two official languages (B2/C1) <br /> In a few words In this position, your mission will be to enter or modify specific data in the central migration information system (SYMIC), thereby contributing decisively to data quality.
