• CFC Polymécanicien, Higher Technician or training deemed equivalent. * Experience in team management. * Solid knowledge of CNC machining methods - milling. * Mastery of CAM programming. * Versatile profile, capable of moving from workshop coordination to direct intervention on machines. * Clear communication, sense of priorities

• Ensure the operational coordination of the workshop and ensure the smooth running of production activities according to workloads, emergencies and set objectives. - Lead the team on a daily basis, distribute activities and contribute to the development of skills as well as the versatility of employees. - Act as a technical referent for production, particularly during startups, setups, program adjustments and resolution of issues related to machining. - Guarantee the smooth running of the manufacturing of high-precision mechanical parts on various CNC production means. - Actively participate in the definition, adaptation and improvement of machining programs and parameters in order to ensure the quality and reliability of processes. - Identify areas for improvement in the workshop and implement actions aimed at optimizing yields, quality, manufacturing methods and flow organization. jpid623f7a4jm jpit1042jm jpiy26jm
