In addition, there are several opportunities and options that offer great scope for action and creation, as; Senior Payroller SAP HCM, 80-100% Your tasks Contact person for the Head Payroll Co-responsible for the entire operative payroll (5’000 HC’s) incl. personnel leasing and monthly wages and social insurances Assistance to the payrollers in cases of accidents and illness, recording and mutation of - and wage data Creation and posting of the electronic bank transfer You support the year-end work incl. account reconciliations You support the Head Payroll in the optimization and digitalization of the department (optimize processes, interfaces of the tools) You are the contact person for employee inquiries and concerns, support of employee relations, questions regarding payroll, taxes and social insurances Development and expansion of processes and structures Your profile At least 5-7 years of experience in the area of wage accounting, taxes, social insurance and labor law, proficiency in closing would be a strong plus. Experience in personnel leasing is a plus but not a must ERP knowledge SAP HCM, IT- and system-savvy The will and the understanding to analyze and optimize processes Personal responsibility, independent working and a strong self-organization ability Style-confident German, English from level B2 The company offers Working time: 42.5 h/W Vacation: 28 vacation days PK: supra-mandatory, 40/60 KTG: KTGV and UVG both taken over by the employer, continued payment of wages depending on years of service.
