You will take on a central role in the organization of gynecological and obstetrical consultations and contribute to the trustworthy care of patients through your commitment.

What awaits you in this challenging task

• Reception and care of patients in gynecological and obstetrical consultations
• Organization and coordination of outpatient consultations as well as specialist consultations
• Responsibility for smooth consultation administration
• Contact person for patients, referring doctors, and internal departments
• Close cooperation with the medical team in an interdisciplinary environment

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (Medizinische Praxisassistentin oder Medizinischer Praxisassistent EFZ)
• Ideally experience in the field of gynecology and obstetrics
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as ideally English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as digital practice solutions
