Your field of activity

• Professional responsibility for the launch and introduction of new products / product adaptations or product positioning measures
• Analysis of the profitability of the product range and launch of measures for profitable growth
• Management of interfaces and support to the sector management in the conduct of various committees
• Provision and communication of relevant information on products across different hierarchical levels
• Development of the underwriting process as well as regular revision of acceptance guidelines
• Elaboration of optimization proposals for the product range
• Writing of product descriptions, training documents and concepts
• Autonomous conduct of internal product training and support during external training
• Market and competitor monitoring and elaboration of action options
• Elaboration of product concepts and business plans

Your experience

• Expertise in the field of occupational pension
• Studies (ETH/Uni/FH) with a specialization in mathematics, natural sciences or economics
• Taste for conceptual and analytical work
• Experience in project and product management
• Deep and broad general understanding of life insurance
• Taste for communication and presentation
