At JobSelect, we place both the ambitions of talents and the needs of companies at the heart of our mission, in order to create lasting and successful collaborations.\- Lead automation and regulation projects (HVAC - Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) for tertiary or industrial infrastructures from A to Z \- Define technical regulation solutions and validate principle diagrams in accordance with specifications \- Ensure project profitability, budget monitoring, and strict compliance with deployment schedules \- Be the primary contact for clients, engineering offices, and supervise commissioning technicians and subcontractors \- Supervise testing phases, the fine-tuning of installations, and ensure official handover to the client (including training if necessary) \- Confirmed experience in project management, with mandatory and demonstrated expertise in the field of MCR (Measurement, Control, Regulation) \- Engineering degree or ES Technician (in automation, electrical engineering, thermal, energy or equivalent) \- Excellent understanding of HVAC systems and building communication protocols \- Organized, proactive, with excellent communication skills and a real ability to unite teams around a common goal \- Perfect mastery of French; good knowledge of German or English is an asset Additional information: \- Contract type: Permanent full-time \- Start date: As soon as possible \- Activity rate: 100% \- Location: Canton de Vaud \- Language: French - Excellent level jpiddf36c74jm jpit0832jm jpiy26jm
