Sales Manager Plastic Injection Moulding (m/f/d)

As an independent tool and mould maker, we are part of the owner-managed Güntensperger Gruppe. With around 30 employees, we maintain a family-like working atmosphere, flat hierarchies, and efficient structures. For our worldwide clientele, we design and produce high-precision injection moulding tools and, in some cases, directly undertake the serial production of technically advanced plastic parts.

We are looking for a very well-networked and strong-negotiating personality who approaches exciting challenges with joy, energy, and enthusiasm.

Your tasks

• Management of the sales department
• Further development of the sales strategy and identification of new business areas
• Acquisition of new customers and support of existing key customers
• Creation, calculation, and follow-up of demanding offers
• Technical consulting of customers from the initial idea to series production readiness
• Coordination between sales, design/AVOR, and production

Your profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic, plastics technologist, or designer with commercial/technical further education
• Several years of technical sales experience in the plastics industry
• Customer-oriented appearance, high closing strength, assertiveness, as well as a resilient and flexible maker mentality
• Business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Experience in a leadership position
