Training of junior staff: You actively contribute to the practical training of HF nursing students as well as FaGe apprentices. Your profile: A completed, Switzerland-recognized nursing education at tertiary level (HF/FH/DN 2) – returning professionals are very welcome. Experience in acute care in a hospital. The willingness to apply nursing diagnostics and to use electronic patient documentation effectively. A flexible, committed and resilient personality who maintains a clear head even in challenging situations. Organizational talent and strong communication skills to ensure the nursing process is smooth and effective. A high level of performance and willingness to learn.
