Machine Operator / Plastics Technologist (m/f/d)

Our client is a leading company in the market in the field of lifting technology, distinguished by innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. To strengthen the team, they are looking for an experienced and motivated machine operator in the Birr AG region. Machine Operator / Plastics Technologist (m/f/d) Your tasks: • Experience in operating machines and systems, especially in the field of plastics processing, is mandatory. • Independent operation of the machine, including monitoring the production process and ensuring product quality. • Fast and competent communication when problems arise, to ensure a smooth production process. • Loading the machine with wire coils according to production requirements. • Filling the silo with plastic granulate to ensure a continuous material flow. • Carrying out cleaning and tidying work to support the machine operators and to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Qualifications Your qualifications: • Experience in operating machines and systems, ideally in the field of plastics technology. • Sound knowledge and experience in handling plastics and metal. • Ability to operate machines independently and to solve problems quickly. • Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate with other machine operators and production employees. • Resilience and willingness to work in a dynamic production environment. • Willingness to work shifts (4-shift operation) • Very good German skills (CEFR B2)
