Receptionist (m/f/d)

Introduction

For a company from the automotive industry, we are looking for a Receptionist for professional initial contact at the location and the supportive organization of daily office processes. We are looking for a reliable personality who welcomes visitors in a friendly manner, handles telephone calls confidently, and processes administrative tasks carefully. The focus is on the daily management of the reception, the professional forwarding of concerns, and the reliable organization of processes at the front desk. Experience from the automotive industry is an advantage for this activity, especially if you have already worked with guests and offered drinks.

Tasks

• You greet guests and visitors in a friendly manner and ensure a professional reception.
• You take telephone calls, forward inquiries, and process general reception processes in a structured manner.
• You prepare drinks and offer them to guests and business partners in the reception area.
• You support the organization at the reception and ensure smooth processes in daily business.
• You maintain the professional impression of the reception area and ensure order and cleanliness.

Profile

• You have experience in reception, guest service, or a comparable administrative activity.
• You have a well-groomed appearance and communicate in a friendly, confident, and service-oriented manner with guests.
• Ideally, you bring knowledge from the automotive industry and understand its professional customer contact.
• You work reliably, in a structured manner, and maintain an overview even with multiple inquiries.
• You are prepared to offer drinks and to professionally represent the reception as the first point of contact.
