Your field of activity ### • You accompany strategically significant, interdisciplinary and cross-group transformation projects of the LUKS Gruppe and ensure that strategic objectives are translated into concrete and sustainable results • You advise and support executives, project managers and teams in the design of change processes and create suitable framework conditions for successful implementation • You design and moderate target-group-oriented interaction formats such as workshops, large-scale events, interviews or focus groups for different stakeholders, departments and locations • You lead selected strategic projects, coordinate the involved interfaces and develop sound concepts, analyses and decision-making bases for various decision-making bodies, including the Executive Board and the Board of Directors Your experience ### • You have a university degree as well as relevant further training in organizational development, organizational psychology, change management or a comparable field. You also bring several years of experience in accompanying complex transformation processes and in leading interdisciplinary or cross-departmental projects.
