Specialist in Care (FaBe) EFZ YOUR TASKS Care and nursing of our residents in their everyday activities Accompanying the residents in their individual daily routines, during living and leisure time Perception of the individual needs of the residents Reference person work and maintenance of contacts with relatives and legal representatives Completion of department tasks such as the recording and coordination of RAI services YOUR PROFILE Completed training as a Specialist in Care EFZ, Social Pedagogue HF, or an equivalent training Experience in dealing with InterRAI is an advantage An open heart, high social competence, and willingness to go new ways Sense of responsibility, team spirit, and joy in the profession WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO Attractive working hours – no night work.
