Commercial Clerk Sales Back Office (80%)

With your tasks, you contribute to professional customer care:

• Creation of offers, contracts and confirmations based on specifications from the sales department.
• Order control as well as contact point for the coordination of internal and external inquiries.
• Administrative work and maintenance of customer dossiers.
• Operating the telephone switchboard as well as contact person for written inquiries.
• Close cooperation and holiday substitution within the team.

With your profile, you complement the existing team optimally:
You have a commercial basic education with several years of professional experience in the field of sales back office or order processing. Good MS 365 as well as impeccable German language skills are required. Ideally, you can also communicate, orally and in writing, in the French language. You remain calm and maintain an overview even in hectic situations and are characterized by your high customer and service orientation. An exact and independent way of working completes your profile.
