Then we offer you the right perspective. For our Kita Chenderstube in the Luzerner Neustadt, we are looking for a committed, responsible and professionally qualified personality as of 1. February 2027 (or by arrangement). Your future working environment: Directly at the Luzern train station, in the top floor of the Hotel Waldstätterhof, a central workplace awaits you. In our family-like Kita with 14 places, we care for children from 3 months up to entering kindergarten daily. As a certified Purzelbaum-Kita, we place great importance on plenty of movement, healthy nutrition and holistic early childhood education. The provider of the institution is the Gemeinnützige Frauenverein Luzern (SGF Stadt Luzern). Your area of responsibility and impact: As a group leader, you bear the pedagogical and organizational responsibility for your children's group. Together with your team, you create a safe, stimulating and developmentally supportive environment.

Pedagogical management: You shape everyday group life professionally, plan age-appropriate educational offers and accompany the children individually in their development.
Educational partnership: You conduct developmental discussions and maintain transparent, trusting cooperation with parents.
Training & Promotion: You provide professionally competent guidance to apprentices and support them in their professional development.
Your option as Deputy Daycare Manager: With appropriate suitability and interest, you actively support the daycare management in the administrative and organizational areas and take over the operational management in their absence. At the same time, you look beyond the horizon: You think strategically, contribute your own ideas and actively help shape the future direction of our Kita. What you bring with you:

A completed training as Early Childhood Educator HF or an equivalently recognized pedagogical training.
Several years of experience as a group leader
Interest in additional responsibility as deputy daycare manager
The completed vocational trainer course (BBK)
Sound pedagogical professional competence, strong sense of responsibility and joy in team leadership.
A reflective personality with high social competence and resilience
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
