To strengthen its "Netze" department, FMV is looking for immediately or by arrangement a Cyber OT (Operational Technology) Specialist – Electrical Infrastructures 80-100% «A key position at the center of the energy transition and in the protection of critical Swiss infrastructures» Your Mission Within our Operation area in the Netz department, you will make a direct contribution to securing critical infrastructures in connection with electricity production and electricity transmission. Your goal: to ensure the resilience and security of industrial systems (OT) in an environment where availability is of central importance. In this role, you ensure the operational security of the OT environments, including SCADA systems, industrial networks, and devices. You implement protective measures and ensure their operation, particularly through system hardening and network segmentation, and continuously monitor the environments to detect security incidents. You analyze and process cyber incidents from identification to remediation and ensure consistent vulnerability management, taking into account the specific requirements of industrial environments. In addition, you actively participate in the integration of cybersecurity requirements into technical projects and work closely with IT and OT teams as well as with specialists in the field of cybersecurity governance. Your Profile Engineering degree (FH / ETH) in computer science or equivalent training Specialization in cybersecurity, computer science, or industrial automation Several years of experience in the field of cybersecurity, networks, or industrial systems Advantageous: Experience in an industrial or energy technology environment Good knowledge of OT architectures and industrial networks Knowledge in the field of cybersecurity (detection, incident management, vulnerabilities) Knowledge of IP networks, firewalls, segmentation, VPN Experience with SCADA systems (advantageous) Cybersecurity certifications Knowledge of relevant cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, NIST) Independent way of working and sense of responsibility Ability to work both independently and in a team Interest in practical field work Why work with us?
